How-To Peel A Mango Without Wasting Half

You will need:
  • a blunt rim glass
  • a knife
  • a mango
Slice the mango around seed roughly 1/3 of a digit (finger) width, so that you end up with three pieces: the seed section and two "halves." Use the blunt rim of the glass to smush/scoop out mango from each half by pushing the piece along the glass rim with the curve of your hand. If done correctly, the mango should slide free of its peel down into the glass. Next cut the mango from around seed piece. Add it to the glass. Almost no mango wasted.
