Listen and Learn Hear A Good Yarn?

Are you a good listener? Do you learn things easier when you hear them? Are you a fan of being told a good story? Well, the audial world is undergoing a boom perhaps not seen since the advent of radio. These are so many quality audio resources popping up -- and many of these make great tools for homeschooling lessons. 

Everyone has heard of audiobooks, but nowadays instead of reading a printed tome aloud for an audience, content creators are making "straight-to-audio" productions, written to be read aloud.

And podcasts, which function similarly to the live serial radio shows of old, have become bleeding edge provocateurs. The beauty of it all is that much of this good stuff can be had for free. NOTE: It's also a good idea to download an app from a pay service like Audible or Scribd (if you have the space to install) because these offer freebies periodically --- and you'll need the app to listen.
